These speakers are of good quality, however do not pack the punch or output of our JBLs. The sonic quality of our speakers are also noticeably better. For less than the cost of renting this system, we can provide you with significantly better sounding, more expensive equipment. We firmly stand behind the products that JBL manufactures. This system includes two JBL speakers, but they are less powerful, less expensive, and have less low end (bass) than ours. With only 2 channels available on the mixer, you're limited with what this system can do (You would only be able to run 2 microphones, or 1 microphone and 1 mp3 input, etc.) Big Deal Entertainment also provides you with the advantage of our 24 hour rental period. This system has decent quality, although these Mackie speakers are passive. With active speakers like ours, there's no need to carry around an additional power amplifier to power them. Active speakers are also known for an overall better sound quality, since the speaker designer "presets" them to optimize best with its internal amplifier. Big Deal Entertainment also provides delivery/set up, and we will even stay to run your event!
