1. Wireless microphones are convenient and great, when they work. At Big Deal Entertainment, we only provide professional grade wireless systems. It isn't uncommon to hear radio interference with cheaper systems (especially in busy urban areas) since many times they are set to a single frequency. Our systems have the ability to scan through almost 1000 different frequencies, so we guarantee that you have an open channel for your event specifically.

2.  Ease of operation is paramount for these types of events.  In most cases, the person who is responsible for the sound system is not an experienced audio engineer. If you choose to set up the equipment yourself, we always want to ensure that we are matching the right system to the right user. With the addition of labels and color coding, we guarantee an extremely user friendly experience.

3.  We understand that customer service is important to you, especially during your event. Most companies will treat you extremely well- until you walk out the door and they have their payment. At Big Deal Entertainment you will have the owners personal cell phone number provided to you with every rental. In the rare occurrence that there is any technical issue with your event, we are always a phone call away with the answer or solution.

4.  Louder isn’t necessarily better. We understand that some of you may want to rent the biggest and loudest system that your budget allows and then crank up the volume. When truthfully, many times a smaller system with strategically placed speakers (4 to 8 speakers around the room for example) will provide you with a more consistent volume level throughout your event space, creating a comfortable experience for you and your guests.  This type of setup is perfect when your guests will want to talk to each other while the music is on. If you aren’t putting on a concert, you may not want to rent a system more suited for live rock bands.

What We Provide for Carnivals in Arizona

Professional Sound Systems: Prices range from $150 for a system that can handle a carnival of 200, to $200 for one than can handle a carnival of 400. Larger systems are also available on request. Each includes two speakers, a mixer/power amp, a microphone, and all the cables and stands needed.

Easy Instructions: If you know how to run your iPod, CD Player, or laptop, then you already know most of what you have to do. The ability to turn the volume up is the second most complicated thing -- but it's no different than the one on your car radio.

Optional Delivery and Setup: For an additional fee, we can deliver, set up, and pick up the equipment at the end of the night. If you need to save even more money, you can do this yourself. It's EASY to set up and I'll show you how in minutes!

What You Provide

The Music: Music can be run from your iPod, iPad, CD Player, laptop, or just about any other music device you have. Each system has the ability to run one or several different music devices at the same time.

The Disc Jockey: You probably have a friend or family member who would make a great disc jockey. If you don't want a DJ, you can also just let the music run on it's own.
